1- You need to log in to your CRM admin panel.
2- Search for the client through the top search bar, you can search for the client through email or name or even company name, (you want to send a proposal).
3- Proposal ---> create proposal ---> insert details of item with pricing ---> "Save & Send".
- Make sure you have an integrated online payment gateway.
- For example, if you have invoiced your client for $100, and after acceptance of the proposal client has to pay 50% of the amount upfront or proceed with the order
- make sure you have following settings:
Setup ---> Settings ---> Payment Gateways ---> "Allow customer to modify the amount to pay (for online payments)" ---> "YES"
